  • Photo documentation (dated and timestamped)

  • Immediate client alert if an issue is observed

Add-On Price

  • Emergency or same-day call-out: $175 + zone

  • After-hours or weekend visit: $75

  • Key Holder (vendors, HOA, guests): $95

  • Cleaning, repair, or maintenance coordination: $60/ hour, 1-hour minimum

  • Vehicle start & run (10–15 minutes): $40

  • Dishwasher start & cycle: $25

  • Clothes washer start & cycle: $25

  • Water softener refill (Owner Instructions): $55

  • Bicycle check/ spin tires: $25

  • Feed pets (short visit, non-medical): $30

  • Water houseplants (Owner instructions): $50

  • Storm, pre-event, or post-event checks: $150 + zone

  • Roof photos (Drone): $75 (Coming Soon!)

All services are observation, documentation, and reporting only.

  • We do not perform repairs, adjustments, or corrective work.

  • When issues are identified, we coordinate with client-approved cleaning, repair, and maintenance providers to keep services affordable and liability clear.
