Land & Property — Optional Add-Ons

Add-On Price

  • Acreage over 5 acres: +$50

  • Foot-only access areas: $50 per acre

  • Emergency call-out: $175 + zone

  • Storm or washout checks: $150

  • Fencing, grading, or land/ animal vendor coordination: $95/hr

  • Key Holder (vendors, HOA, guests): $95

  • Cleaning, repair, or maintenance coordination: $60/ hour, 1-hour minimum

  • Contractor or inspector coordination: $95

  • Incident documentation: $95

  • Illegal dumping documentation: $85

  • Feed pets (short visit, non-medical): $30

  • Water houseplants (Owner instructions): $50

  • Drone photos: $150 (Coming soon!)

All services are observation, documentation, and reporting only.

  • We do not perform repairs, adjustments, or corrective work.

  • When issues are identified, we coordinate with client-approved repair and maintenance providers to keep services affordable and liability clear.
